Making A Purchase
To place an order, please look through our e-shop and choose the items you wish to buy. Add them to your shopping basket. When you have finished, click on Checkout and fill in the details required to process your order.
Shipping And Handling
The cost of all deliveries is £2.50 within the UK.
We send items weighing up to 1Kg by First Class Post. Above that we use 24 hour courier service Mainland UK. This service requires a customer signature; so please e-mail if the delivery address is to be different from the billing address. For Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, we use Parcel Force, which may take up to seven days.

Delivery Schedule
We try to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving an order, and always within seven days, or we will notify you of the reason for any delay.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made within the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added where applicable. All other orders are VAT free.
