Our decaffeinated coffee

Our coffees are naturally decaffeinated, using the C02 process.
The raw, unroasted coffee is moistened with water and put into a vessel, where it is contacted with pressurised, liquid carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide circulates through the coffee and draws the caffeine out of the bean.
When the required caffeine level is reached, the coffee is discharged into a drier where it is dried to about the original moisture content.
It is then ready for roasting.
